A vocal ensemble devoted to presenting historic European repertoire of the 12th through the 16th Centuries.
- Rehearsals: held bi-monthly in Ashland
- No membership fees
- Ability to read music required
- No previous experience with Medieval music required
Current Repertoire: The medieval music of Spain – Songs of the Libre Vermell de Montserrat, and of the Sephardim.
Concerts sometimes include instrumental accompaniment, often drawn from within the group, including Medieval harp, recorder, vielle and a host of appropriate percussion instruments.
