Guest artist Lauren Pomerantz joins the small Gothic Voices Medieval Choir on harp for a program of Medieval European Songs and Carols.

These simple songs of joy and adoration remind us of the true spirit of Christmas, and sweep us back to a time long ago.

Music from England, Italy, Spain, France and Germany are featured in songs sung in regional Latin, Middle English, Middle German, and Medieval French.

Pat O’Scannell directs the group, and joins it on several songs and instrumentals.

Lauren Pomerantz has spent her life unifying art and science as an educator, historian and performer and has presented her work in concerts, workshops, film, universities and colleges internationally and throughout the US.
